How I got my ADHD-diagnosis

"How did you get your diagnosis?"

..is probably the most common question people ask me.

That`s why I recorded it in a 15 min long video for you to listen to.

Video below!

More on what I offer here:

It is a fact that girls and women with ADHD still are underdiagnosed.

Yes, still! We read things in the media, such as; ADHD has become "trendy", and that it is overdiagnosed. It is sometimes even called a disease. This is not based on facts, and it hurts.

ADHD and autism are serious conditions in this neurotypical society. Over 90% struggle with getting treatment, most have serious additional comorbidities, more than 60% struggle with at least two. The most common being depression, anxiety, substance abuse and eating disorders!

My recommendation if you are wondering if you have ADHD, AuDHD or are autistic; don't give up! It's worth the fight!

You are not lazy, stupid or incompetent, and you deserve answers and help! You are important and valuable and it is not your fault that you suffer.

I strongly advice you to have someone you trust come with you to your doctor or assessment, and please prepare well. Book a session with an ADHD coach (who has ADHD themselves!) before the session, or at least read up on it yourself. The doctor/ asseser may not know more than you do!

I'm rooting for you!

Du you feel lonely with your diagnosis? Misunderstood?
