WHAT CAN THE ADHD+MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM DO FOR YOU?
As a member in ADHD+ Membership Program you will get more than 20 different courses, specifically made to solve neurodivergent challenges. All courses are interactive and live. You`ll also get coaching-calls, if you want 1-1 coaching. If you are a procrastinator, you will get led body-doubling- classes several times a week.
ADHD+ Membership Program is made by a neurodivergent person for neurodivergent people, to give you the support, the warmth and knowledge you need before, during, and after your diagnosis, and for as long as you need. You don`t need to have a diagnosis to be a member, thus so many are overlooked, wrongly dismissed, rejected and even mis-diagnosed.
It is not your fault. It is the system.
To be a grownup with ADHD/ AuDHD today, is far from easy. New research is not implemented consistently in the system. Way too many don`t get assessed and don`t get treatment. Psychiatrists have long waiting hours, and you are lucky if you get one who knows enough about these diagnosis. These diagnosis look different in adults, especially in women, and this is not well known in the system.
The ADHD+ Membership Program is updated on new research from all over the world. This is a safe place where you can evolve in your own tempo, without demands, expectations and judgement. In our community you will not feel different. You are surrounded by likeminded, supporting and empathetic people, who want you to succeed and who understands your challenges and traumas..
Our conviction is that neurodivergent people don`t need fixing, but understanding. We view our brains as natural variants that belong in this world..
Sadly, society is not designed for us.
Therefore we need a place where we can be proud of who we are, learn to unmask, trust and accept ourselves, in a safe space with others who understand where we come from.
This is what ADHD+ Membership Program is about. To teach you how to live your best life!
Yes, I want in!

"Elisabeth has saved my life"
"I am forever grateful for finding Elisabeth. If it wasn`t for her, I would never had understood I had ADHD and autism. Now I understand myself. Elisabeth has saved my life"
-Aud Rameckers, entrepreneur, nurse and healer.

"I recommend this woman to everyone!"
"I have never met anyone who genuinly understands everything I try to communicate, the way Elisabeth does. I feel safe and supported in conversation with her, and she makes me calm immediately. I recommend this woman to everyone! She is a brilliant communiactor! I`ve actually said to her that she is a movie I would pay to see!"
-Martine Fjellheim, entrepreneur and founder of Beetec

"Her ability to understand me, is unique"
"Elisabethis one of the warmest people I have met. Her ability to understand me, is unique. She reached out a hand when nobody else noticed I was crying for help. I was newly diagnosed without any follow-up and was in a terrible dark place. Just in a couple of weeks she taught me so much about myself and my ADHD (and my new diagnosis: Autism) Such a warm human being with so much knowledge and experience is unique. She is truly a role model!"
-Kine Stefferud, moderator in ADHD+Membership Program and former client.

Who am I?
My name is Elisabeth Bjørndal-Ruud, a late diagnosed ADHDer, who have worked with neurodivergent people all my life. I am a special need teacher and a certified ADHD/ AuDHD trauma informed mindset coach. Both my daughters have ADHD, youngest has AuDHD.
Ever since my younger brother was diagnosed with Aspergers Syndrome in 1992, I have been passionately engaged in diversity, equality and communication. The lack of knowledge about diversity created a lot of suffering for my family.
In 2000 I finished my master in special need teaching, and early on I realized I had an intuitive understanding and love for the kids who were "different".
As a special need teacher I worked daily with ADHDers and autistic kids, and cooperated closely with psychologists in the system around the kids. The kids found me safe and they often confided in me telling me about bullying, both subtle and direct, anxiety, depression, how their home environment was, etc.. They told me about teachers who bullied, the pressure of getting good grades, being good-looking..
It was clear that the system didn`t work and that the neurodivergent kids felt overlooked and less worth.
I started my insta-account @adhdsuperkvinne in 2020 to spread awareness and knowledge about these kids..
The need for help, understanding and knowledge was- and still is, enormous.
That is why I started ADHD+ Membership Program. It opened for the first time in May -22 and was the first ever membership program for adult ADHders and Autistic people in Norway.

What members say:
"Elisabeth is a treasure!"
"She burns for people with ADHD/ AuDHD and are autistic! She has ADHD herself and that certainly helps her understand and see you. She is extremely knowledgeable about neurodivergent people and people in general. I was newly diagnosed with ADHD at 45 years. Several of my family members also have ADHD, and finally my life makes sense with a diagnosis. With help from Elisabeth and her ADHD+ Membership Program, I get answers to all my questions. There is an amazing community too, where everybody lifts each other up. Finally I don`t feel alone with my challenges.
Elisabeth is the one I recommend to seek if you need help with these diagnosis. The health care system couldn`t help me. It`s tragic how little they know.
With Elisabeth in the drivers seat, we now have the ability to change this! She renders harmless, enlighten and helps everyone who need help. Ufarliggjøre, opplyse og hjelpe alle som trenger det. I`ve finally found a fantastic woman who understands. Thank you, Elisabeth!❤️"
-Kathrine Krohn, Personal trainer
"Thank you for creating the ADHD+ Membership Program!"
"Thank you for giving so much of yourself, for working so hard and standing up for us! And most of all, thank you for sharing the wisdom you have gained throughout your life with us!"
-Marianne Haug, client
We need each other!
ADHD or AUDHD influences every part of our lives, including our relationships.
In our program you will learn how your brains works and how it is different from a neurotypical brain. You will learn to communicate your needs, set boundaries and accept yourself.
To get and maintain good relationships we have to talk about the difficult feelings and be vulnerable with each other. This is challenging for most of us, therefore you will be gently guided all the way through this prosess.
Did you know that self development happens in relationships?
Many of us get to know ourselves for the first time after getting our diagnosis as adults, and some have to find the parts of us that got lost along the way. You will learn to know your body`s signals, and to self-coach.
So: Let`s drop the chit chat, and get down to the nitty gritty!

"That feeling"
"That feeling when you understand you have ADHD. That feeling when you meet others with ADHD on social media. That feeling when an enthusiast like Elisabeth starts a project like the ADHD+Membership Program "
-Joar Leite, Politician
"It's a bit like having your own, private ADHD encyclopedia.."
"What's so great about ADHD+Membership Program and Elisabeth, is that here we are all equal. Here you don't get a coach who doesn't know what you're struggling with. Having someone who knows everyday life the same way you do, is worth its weight in gold. Here you feel seen, both by Elisabeth and the rest of the members. We discuss in plenary, and if there's something you don`t know or understand, you can ask without feeling stupid.
I especially like the weekly live broadcasts, - we ask questions in advance, Elisabeth does research and answers all the questions, and goes through all the topics we've asked to know more about, and we have the opportunity to comment along the way. It's a bit like having your own, private ADHD encyclopedia, translated into a language you actually care to listen to 🥰"
-Marianne Rønning,
"Thank You!"
"Know that you help soo many people with what you do and with who you are. I hope I get the opportunity one day to give you a huge hug and tell you face to face how grateful I am. Thank You!

-Marianne Haug
"I was diagnosed when I was 39 years old. I thought I knew what ADHD was, and many pieces fell into place. But still, I had many questions, and no one really could answer them.
I am so grateful that I came across @adhdsuperkvinne on Instagram. I recognized myself in almost all the videos she posted, and that was the beginning of my search for the pieces of the puzzle I was missing to be able to put my picture together.
There were many of us out there, but we were not alone anymore! Elisabeth took the time for us, the time to answer. She shared and put into words so many important things about having ADHD, and finally she opened the ADHD+ Membership program, I was quick to sign up! In the portal we meet, there are course modules and we have weekly live broadcasts/meetings. We get to ask, we get answers, we share experiences and most importantly, we are understood and we learn ❤️
"no one else but Elisabeth has helped me understand what diagnosis I received, What she shares and teaches us is wonderfully educational. The community you find in ADHD+ is unique and it is so good to be able to begin to understand. What Elisabeth puts into words is so incredibly important for the rest of us who were all alone."
Together with Elisabeth we have an exciting journey ahead of us!"
"Thank you for everything you share!"
"Thank you so much for a fantastic workshop today! You are doing a great job and are a role model and encouragement to many. Keep up the fantastic work you are doing!"
-workshop participant and follower
"Hi! Yesterday I listened to the podcast "MinADHD" with the episode with you in it. Thanks for everything you share! I have just been diagnosed with ADHD and I recognized myself in so much of what you said! Incredibly nice and positive episode!"
-instagram follower
"Elisabeth is genuinely concerned about the well-being of her members!
"Elisabeth's vision of sharing knowledge and bringing people together on a platform where understanding and acceptance can be achieved is truly unique in my opinion.
Elisabeth is genuinely concerned that members have a good time. She strongly wants us to help shape the ADHD+ Membership Program with input, feedback, laughter and praise.
The best thing is that she has ADHD herself, so when she fiddles with things during a live broadcast, or impulsively "over-shares" during a meeting, she is aware of it, and I really recognize what she does and says. It feels good that there are more of us with the same challenges together on one platform. I feel a kind of unique belonging to both Elisabeth and the other members.
The ADHD+ Membership Program opens up opportunities for people to learn and share experiences with each other.
Knowledge is power in my world. The more we humans can and learn, the more understanding we gain about ADHD and ASD.
The ADHD+ Membership Program is highly recommended!"

I hated everything about myself. At some point, I stopped hoping that I would experience anything other than suffering.I didn't have the knowledge to understand that my challenges were related to my ADHD. I just felt wrong. Getting the diagnosis was crucial for me. Only then did I seriously begin the process of understanding and accepting myself. I lived for 43 years before I realized that I wasn't a defective product.
I know that it's possible for you too. But it takes time.
For almost five years I have been trained with coaches. I have sought help from psychologists at various stages of my life. I have received therapy for trauma and treatment from a physiotherapist and muscle therapist for all the pain that settled in my neck, back and knees. I have grieved, read books, listened to wise people, taken countless courses, and learned how to regulate my ADHD. I have recently taken a basic course in trauma understanding and trauma treatment for adults, certified as a Couple Check supervisor and took the course leader course with Line Lotherington and Anne Marie Fosse Teigen, in the relationship course: "Me and You and ADHD", which my husband and I have also participated in.
I have also become a certified Focused ADHD coach with ADHD expert; Kristen Carder, who was also my personal teacher/coach. She is still my coach and I work with a small group of coaches, so that we hold each other accountable and make each other good.
In May, 25, I will be one of the first credited and certified advanced AuDHD coach in the world.
Because I want to give you the very best. I do nothing half-heartedly.
So it is possible to get well. But it takes time, courage, support, care and expert guidance/coaching from people who have the same brain as you, who understand what you have been through and who understand how your brain and body work in interaction. For some, additional treatment is necessary, but my experience is that coaching, if the coaching is trauma-informed, can be enough in itself.
I have tailored the ADHD+ Membership Program based on thousands of conversations and feedback from ADHDers and AuDHDers, and it keeps getting better because we lift each other up, make each other safe and listen to each other.
Getting back your good self-esteem cannot be described in words. I want you to experience this, and I know that the ADHD+ Membership Program can help you if you are open to it.
Are you the type of person who thinks you have to fix everything yourself?
At least I was. I wasn't aware of it once. I didn't know who I was if I couldn't be there for others. I'm guessing you've also prioritized everyone else but yourself pretty much your entire life. When was the last time you stopped and praised yourself? Or when was the last time you asked for help and got what you needed? Life should be good for YOU too! And believe me, we need help, even if I'm throwing up just writing it..
In the ADHD+ Membership Program, these are exactly the kinds of things we work on. Much of the work is "deep work". Here you get the opportunity to grow and explore who you are in a safe community, at your own pace, with others who don't judge you and who support and cheer you on.
Do you think you can't afford it or have the time?
Be completely honest with yourself: Can you really afford not to?
I want to prioritize myself and be a member!
